“I believe if one does not have a good understanding of what has happened in the past, then you are not equipped to build the future.
I believe that if your knowledge of history is just blurs, little blips about this president – that president, this one was a good president, this other one was a bad president, that other was a killer – if that’s your understanding of what is called history, then you cannot project the future.
To project the future there must be a profound analysis of what has happened and understand the whys of these various events. Then you are equipped.
BECAUSE IN STUDYING OURSTORY, WE CAPTURE THE LIGHT WHICH SHINES ON THE ROAD TO THE FUTURE.”
