Reese’s Spread Banana Ice Cream

As most of you know, I try to eat healthy the majority of the time. The only problem with that is that I have a major junk food tooth. Most people have a sweet or salty tooth but not me. I am lucky enough to have both. ::Sarcasm::

I have a snack everyday around 3 to 4 pm. I think that having a snack mid afternoon helps me not over eat at dinner and it keeps my metabolism going. I like to keep my snacks around 200 calories. The new Reese’s Spread is perfect to incorporate into my snack when I’m craving something sweet and not blow my food calories out of the roof for the day. I believe that everyone needs a little chocolate in their life. My sister, the dietician, always tells me, “Everything in moderation!” #anysnackperfect

I headed to Walmart to pick up my Reese’s Spread. It was very easy to find among the peanut butter. They also had some flags out advertising the new product.

This snack option is really easy to throw together. It’s ready in less than 5 minutes and tastes great. All you need is vanilla, Reese’s Spreads, Almond Milk (or milk of your choice), and a sliced frozen banana.

Throw the slice banana, a tablespoon of Reese’s Spread, a splash of vanilla, and splash of almond milk into a blender. I used my little Ninja. Blend it until its smooth.

Serve immediately. Get ready for a sweet snack full of chocolate and peanut butter. I was literally blown away by this tasty snack. It will become a part of my regular snack routine for sure!
