Redmi K40 Live Images Leaked Online with Penta Camera Setup

Redmi K40 live images surfaces online with a punch-hole display. The Redmi K40 series is the upcoming flagship series from the Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi. Earlier some reports hinted that one of the smartphones in the series will come with a Snapdragon 888 5G chipset.


Redmi K40 live images tipped a punch-hole at the top center of the display at the front. The Phone’s camera is very unique in design and also it sports a Penta camera setup, four cameras are clearly visible and the fifth camera sensor is just below the LED flash, similarly seen on the Redmi Note 8 Pro previously.


Redmi K40 features a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille, and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom of the smartphone. There is a sim slot on the left side which means the volume rockers and power button will be located on the right edge of the smartphone.


Some reports are also suggesting that Xiaomi Mi 11 series is launching on 29 December in China and it is gonna be the first smartphone powered with Snapdragon 888 5G processor. Also, the live render of the phone has been leaked by a reliable tipster Ben Geskin on Twitter.


However, It seems that Redmi is also imminent to launch the Redmi K40 series soon. it is also possible that one of the smartphones in the series will be powered by the upcoming MediaTek MT6893 just like Redmi K30 Ultra is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+. MediaTek MT6893 geekbench listing suggests similar scores to the Snapdragon 865.
