Recipes for Queen Pudding and Chicken Nuggets Sweet and Sour

Ingredients

Bread - One Slice

Egg - Two

Sugar - 5 Teaspoons

Milk - One Cup

Butter - 2 Teaspoons

Marmalade or any jam - 3 Teaspoons

Vanilla Essence - Half Teaspoon

Method

Shred the bread in small pieces and soak them with sugar in milk for 15 minutes. Smash the soaked bread with a fork thoroughly and mix vanilla essence in it. Separate egg yolk from white and mix the yolk in the mixture. Beat the egg white until it turns foamy. Now pour the mixture in a pudding dish which is coated with oil. Bake it in the oven at moderate temperature for 15 minutes.

Take out the dish and spread a thin layer of marmalade or jam over it and spread egg white. Place the dish in oven for 5-6 minutes again until the egg white is baked to reddish color.

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN NUGGETS

Ingredients

Chicken Meat - Half Kg

Potato - 1 Medium sized (boiled and meshed)

Onion - 1 Medium sized (finely chopped)

Green chilies - 2 Med sized (finely chopped)

Green Corriender - 1 Tablespoon (chopped)

Green Chilies Big - 2 Med sized (chopped)

Black Pepper - Half Teaspoon

Red Pepper - Half Teaspoon (ground)

Salt - Half Teaspoon

Chinese Salt - 1 Teaspoon

Soya Sauce - 1 Tablespoon

White Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon

Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon

Egg White - 1 (beaten slightly)

Procedure

Take a large mixing bowl, mix chicken meat already boiled and minced, salt, Chinese salt and all the above ingredients one by one and mix it well. Now give it the shape like round, rolls or bite sized cubes.

Frying

Coat these cubes with fine dried flour, dip them in milk and then in beaten egg white. At te end, roll them in crumbs (mixed with Sesame seeds). Deep fry them till they turn golden.

Preparing Gravy

Ingredients

Sugar - 4 Tablespoons (ground)

Vinegar white - 4 Tablespoons

Tomato ketchup - 4 Tablespoons

Method

Mix the ingredients and coat all the cubes in this mixture. Serve with fresh green salad or potato chips.
