PB&J Berry Smoothie recipe adapted from Skinnytaste
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
5 drops liquid stevia
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana, frozen and chopped into six pieces
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and puree until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
