Recipe || Viennese Fingers

Hellooo shimmers,
 Ingredients:-Caster Sugar 50gSelf-Raising Flour 150gButter 150gVanilla Essence 1 teaspoonButter Icing (70g icing sugar, 35g Butter)Chocolate 1 bar
Method-Preheat the oven 180c (fan oven)
Biscuit dough--Mix together the butter and sugar together in a bowlAdd the flour and vanilla essence

 Grease a baking trayPipe the mixture into 6.5cm sausages on the tray (20 in total = 10 viennese whirls)Put in the over for 15 minutes, until golden

In The Oven

 Allow the fingers to coolMix the butter and icing sugar to make the butter icingUse the butter icing to stick two fingers together

 Melt the chocolate in a bowlDip half the biscuits into the chocolate

Chocolate For dipping the fingers in

 Leave to setThen Enjoy!
