Recipe for Glowing Skin… Literally!

As a huge fan of make-up artist Pat McGrath, when I saw this green juice recipe she swears by for glowing skin, I just knew I had to share it with you all. Besides packing in vitamins and including the most fashionable vegetable of the moment, kale, this juice is super easy to make. Just cut or shred all ingredients into a blender and whizz it all into a juice. The ingredients work together to hydrate your skin and detox at the same time. Ginger especially is good for cleansing your system and boosting your immune system!

Pat’s recipe for glowing skin is:

1 lemon, squeezed
2 tablespoons ginger
2 cups kale leaves
1 cup spinach
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup cucumber

Whizz it all in a blender and enjoy!
