- 2 cups whole Almonds
- 1 cup Sucanat
- 1/2 cup coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Step 1: In a bowl, mix popcorn and almonds. Step 2: In a saucepan, add sucanat, coconut oil and maple syrup, then stir the mixture until sucanat dissolves. Step 3: Remove from the heat, then stir in vanilla, almond extract and baking soda. Step 4: Pour the mixture over popcorn and almonds, and stir gently to coat. Step 5: Transfer this mixture onto greased baking sheet and spread evenly. Step 6: Bake the dish in a preheated oven for 1 hour, then cool and break into pieces.MORE RECIPES
