Realme V20 5G was announced in China as the new affordable 5G device. Although realme V series is only hometown-centric, you may see this device with some other names in different countries. The smartphone comes with a waterdrop notch display, dual rear camera, big battery, MediaTek’s entry-level 5G SoC, and more. Earlier it was speculated to come as Realme V21 5G but now it has arrived as V20 5G.

Realme V20 5G flaunts a 6.5 inches LCD panel with an HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The device is fueled with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core SoC that comes paired with Mali G57 MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for extra storage.
In terms of camera, the smartphone features a dual rear camera including a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 0.3-megapixel secondary sensor might be a portrait lens. The phone sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The realme V20 5G is equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging.
The phone weighs 184 grams and has a thickness of 8.1mm. for connectivity, the device includes 5G, 4G LTE, WI-FI 5, Bluetooth, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The company hasn’t mentioned whether it is running on Android 11 or Android 12.

As per the report, Realme V20 5G is priced at 999 yuan and the company offered the phone in two color options namely Star Blue and Ink Cloud Black. This device is launched for the offline market only in China. As it is a budget device it may come as a rebranded handset in other regions under realme C series.
