Real Play

By Lamamma @LAmamma1

My daughter loves playing with toys that mimic real life. She’s a very busy little girl and she loves to do things with her hands. Whether it’s molding Play Doh, making things with legos, stringing beads, you name it, as long as she can keep her little hands busy she’s happy!

So, just as I thought she would, she looooved this pink tool set. She was playing with it earlier this evening “nailing” things to the wall, hammering away. She’s in heaven with these girly tools.

I chose this toy for her because she always asks for tool sets when we are shopping and I just didn’t want to buy her those boyish sets, come Cow & Lizard, they actually sold a pink one! When I was approached with a review offer, after browsing their site, which offers a huge selection of great toys, I chose the pink tool box.

A great choice, if you ask my daughter!

What’s cool about the toy is that it’s green; the following is taken from the Cow & Lizard website: “Any project is possible with the whimsical, eco-friendly Green Toys Pink Tool Set! Constructed from 100% recycled plastic milk containers that save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, this trendy tool kit makes any fix-it job an opportunity to go green (and pink and purple!) too. The groovy 15 piece set includes a tool box, phillips screwdriver, flat screwdriver, hammer, saw, wrench, pliers, 2 two-hole connectors, 2 nails, 2 bolts, and 2 nuts. No BPA, phthalates, PVC, or external coatings.  Tool Box is 10.25″ x 4.875″ x 6″.  MADE IN THE USA.”
