Real Greek First-press Olive Oil, Enter for a Chance to Win a Sample Bottle!

My husband is Greek and we spend our summers with his family in the beautiful Peloponnesian town of Porto Heli. One of my favorite things about being there is the food in general and the olive oil in particular. Grown by one of my husband’s cousins and pressed less than five miles from our house, we use it on literally everything that will hold still. For years we have foregone one of our suitcase allowances on the flight back in order to bring a big jug of olive oil- 32 kilos.

I cook with it, share it with my family, and give it away as a gift to friends, who have all developed a taste for it. Nothing else tastes like it.

This year, we decided to bring a limited supply and see whether we can build a small market for it, selling it online and to specialty stores. To introduce our product, we are giving away three  sample bottles, which we will mail anywhere in the U.S. to the winners.
