EIGHT FABULOUS DINING EXPERIENCES AT TOP GLASGOW RESTAURANTS!

Real Food, Real Folk invites everyone to get social with their sparkling Christmas Raffle.

After a spectacular Let's Eat Glasgow! this summer, the eight restaurants behind Real Food, Real Folk have come up with a cracker of an early Christmas present for eight lucky folk.

The not for profit co-operative, which includes G uy's Restaurant, Mother India, Crabshakk, Stravaigin, Ubiquitous Chip, Ox and Finch, The Gannet and Cail Bruich, has opened an online Christmas raffle today (Thursday 8th December) with some extra special prizes to raise funds for social enterprises tackling food inequality across Glasgow.

People buying one or more £5 raffle tickets at http://woobox.com/9qy9g5 will be in with a chance of scooping one of eight fabulous dining experiences:

A Pair of Tickets to Bring in the Bells at the Ubiquitous Chip with a sumptuous six course meal, live jazz band, tickets to the Ashton Lane Hogmanay Street Party and a welcome glass of fizz and canapés at the table (value: £240)

A Tasting Menu for Two at Cail Bruich with matching wines (value: £180)

A Meal for Two with a bottle of house wine at Guy's Restaurant, Mother India, Crabshakk, Stravaigin, Ox and Finch or The Gannet


The £5 raffle tickets can be purchased from today until 23.59 on Sunday 18th December.

The draw will be made on Tuesday 20th December

Announcing the Christmas Raffle, Colin Clydesdale, Chair of Real Food, Real Folk, said:
"Eggnog and mulled wine to gingerbread, mince pies and Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, food and drink is never far from our thoughts at this time of year.
"It's also a time when people want to help others less fortunate.
"So, we've come up with a sparkling Christmas Raffle giving folk the chance to donate £5 or more towards social enterprises tackling food inequality in the city whilst being in with a chance of enjoying one of eight sensational meals for two on offer."
