Ready Your Popcorn… Its “The East” News Roundup

The media campaign for Alex’s movie The East is picking up steam with the premiere a few weeks away! Here is what we know so far.

We all know The East will be premiering in New York and Los Angeles on May 31st… but will there be a red carpet premiere?

The answer is a yes! The East will have a red carpet premiere on May 28th 8:15 pm… at the Arclight in Hollywood. No word yet on whether Alex will be in attendance, when we know… you’ll know

The folks over at Fox Searchlight have been very giving the past few days. First they shared the promo that will hopefully be showing on a TV near you. If you haven’t seen it on your TV yet, have no fear we have it here

What did you think? I know it made me even more anxious to see this movie.

Which leads me to our next bit of info we get to share. Which is a mix of good and slightly not so good news, as it looks like “The East” is in limited release and will slowly released out to select theaters.
