Reactions I Got to Yesterday’s Quiznos Blog Post.

Yesterday I wrote about the problems that Quiznos has with its brand image, having tried on lots and lots of different personae. Got a lot of input from friends, friends of the blog, and the sort of stranger-friends one encounters on Twitter.

Some people think it’s time for them to give up:

Some people think they see other mistakes, besides a confused brand identity:

Some people just like them and wish them well:

And lots of us would like to help. A comment on yesterday’s blog ended with an offer (with an implication that the commenter knew it wasn’t very likely to be accepted) to give them a hand figuring themselves out. There are lots of people who’d like to help, I bet, and they all have a different idea, perhaps, of what exactly should be done.

Now is the time for all good marketers to come to the aid of their toasted sub shop.
