Rasovara’s Mango Festival at UB City, Bangalore

The season of one of the most loved fruits, mango is soon coming to an end. But there is still reason to celebrate, the ongoing Rasovara Mango festival at UB city.

Synonymous with serving a thali (generally refers to a traditional Indian meal served in a large plate) that is exquisite and royal, the fare only gets better with the addition of specially curated dishes made from the king of fruits. So, what better way to indulge in the goodness of mango than sample this delectable treat at Rasovara.

The meal is one that truly befits a king and the inclusion of gourmet mango specialties seems just a perfect fit. These dishes have been thoughtfully picked and made from recipes that have been preserved over centuries.


The tangy Kairi (slightly raw green mango) Panna is the perfect welcome drink that sets the tone for the delicacies to come by just like the unique Shahi Aam (mango) dhokla.

The starters have a variety of mango dishes that include the Kairi Corn Cheese Roll, Mango Pani Puri and the Aam Sanjori. The main course includes the Malabari Manga Khadi among other mango specialties.

All of these not only rank high in taste and flavor but also blend beautifully with the exisiting authentic fare that includes the Dal Bhatti churma, Undhiyu and Biryani apart from a host of traditional Rajasthani and Gujarati dishes.
