Kiwi Fruit adds a great flavor to this smoothie. Kiwis are a rich source of vitamin C. Studies suggest that consuming 2-3 kiwi fruit each day for 4 weeks helps to reduce weight.

  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 200g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Kiwi fruit slices to decorate
Instructions
  1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into cubes.
  2. Add to a blender with the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and serve right away.
  4. Decorate with sliced kiwi.
