Key Responsibilities:
- On Kinaxis RapidResponse, Enterprise Datawarehouse, and other platforms, providing design and solution knowledge to enable the implementation and design of the supply chain planning functions.
- The importance of comprehension and comprehensive requirement collection ISC Organizing company processes, spotting new innovations and possibilities ISC Planning and SIOP process areas, and inventory optimization? Single echelon/multiple echelon, process automation, shorter cycle times, and increased output.
- Running training sessions and testing the design/development solutions.
- By focusing on the gaps that have been found, taking the lead in solution design, and creating RapidResponse apps to satisfy business needs, architects solutions in supply chain planning. Conduct client workshops to comprehend the needs for the whole business process and communicate them in the solution proposal.
- Being in charge of business consulting, setting up the system to fulfill organizational needs, and building and configuring various seeded resources, including as worksheets and workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Ability to concentrate on designing and setting up planning solutions using Rapid Response, MRP/MPS to accomplish a specific business goal while utilizing interfaces, processes, and data management/data migration.
- Design and construct technical/functional requirements, and have a solid grasp of the application’s functional areas? working on several modules with necessary interfaces and data management/data transfer, including Supply Planning/MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute-Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.
- assists the functional team in promoting the adoption of best business practices.
- improving inventory visibility by enabling customer cooperation with real-time dynamic planning based on market trends and supplier collaboration. Enhance the ISC Planning function’s and apps’ usability. When developing a business problem statement and taking the initiative to lead the solution development as necessary while adhering to organizational policies and procedures, there is good collaboration with all stakeholders, including IT, business leaders, external IT, business partners, end users, and team members.
- Support guidance on data skills and integration with several sources and target systems. Possibility of traveling up to 25% of the time as needed to the project locations during peak hours.

You must have:
- any technical post-secondary education
- Minimum 4+ years of Supply Chain Planning domain expertise, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
We value:
- Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Strong practical expertise in consumption-based planning, MRP, MPS, capacity planning, production scheduling, statistical forecasting, demand planning, reorder point planning, etc.
- Author or Contributor accreditation for Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Knowing how to integrate the planning function with the manufacturing, quality management, materials management, peer-to-peer (P2P), sales and distribution, logistics, and costing functions
- practical knowledge of supply chain planning Maintenance of master data, such as material master, bill of materials, work center, routings, vendor master, and customer master contracts, a source list, schedule agreements, and information records
- Outstanding analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn
Planning abilities and integration knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle are advantages.
APICS accreditation is a benefit.
