Rani Mukerji is gearing up to play the role of a cop in Yash Raj Film’s next project Mardaani. The film will be produced by Aditya Chopra and will be directed by Pradeep Sarkar.

Known for essaying bold roles on screen, the charming actress will essay the role of a cop in Mardaani. According to a source, “This film is a female-oriented project and has one of the boldest, grittiest subjects YRF has ever dealt with.”
