I am a Bet Hillel person.. if the level of employment among Haredi males would be similar to the levels among the rest of the population, it would create another 20 billion shekels for the State... two of the gedolei yisrael, the Rambam and Rashi, worked full time and they were experts in the Jewish texts no less than Deri and Gafni..
