Quick Review: Shou Hand-Pulled Noodles

By Clari @clarisaysblog

Oh, I have a new favourite noodle shop! It is called Shou Hand-Pulled Noodles located at the Food Choices on the second floor of Trinoma Mall new building. Yep, it's located at their food court. Who would have thought you'll find a great place there, right?

Anyway, my family and I always eat before doing our grocery shopping. But since the tables near Shou Hand-Pulled Noodles were always taken, we never notice the food choices there. Good thing, we were a bit early that day and found most tables still empty. Thus, we finally noticed Shou Hand-Pulled Noodles. 🙂

They have a very simple menu which consists of noodles, dry noodles, rice meals and dim sum. We decided to get the following:

Siomai Rice PHP 89

Braised Sliced Pork Rice PHP 145

Old Beijing Dumpling Noodles PHP 145

Yes, they are very affordable and delicious, too! The best dish; however, is the noodle itself. The texture, the taste everything is good. While my family and I were talking about the noodles, we saw one of the staff walked to the side and started hand-pulling noodles.

It turns out the secret is simple. They always craft fresh, hand-pulled noodles daily which is what we witnessed while we were eating. I wasn't able to capture it though as I was busy eating and watching. 🙂 It was really cool and fun to watch!

We will definitely be back again! Hopefully, I get to capture kuya.

You can find Shou Hand-Pulled Noodles at Food Choices on the second floor of Trinoma Mall, Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City.
