I can’t believe there’s only a month left until school starts back up. CRAZY BUSINESS. I don’t know about you, but It’s pretty surreal to me. Parts of this summer flew right by, but there were definitely parts where the days slid by slow as molasses. I admit it, there were even days I hoped and prayed that when I woke up, it would be the first day of school already. But it wasn’t. Oh well.
Something that I’m hoping to do a better job of this school-year is putting delicious AND interesting meals on the table. I will be so angry with myself if I fall back into the baked chicken and Hamburger Helper slump.
