It’s the most wonderful time of the year, Christmas! As excited as I was to decorate for Fall & Thanksgiving, I was even more excited to decorate for Christmas. I was lucky enough to inherit a TON of decorations from Hannah, my sweet grandma, and Brent’s great grandmother & grandmother.
Hannah thought the mirror needed a wreath, however 4 wreathes already hung around the houses…I wanted to take a different route. I am currently borrowing Hannah’s Cricut (YAY!!) and decided to whip up this banner on Saturday afternoon. It only took about an hour.
I cut the letter out of red and green scrap book paper and then a shadow of the letter in the opposite color. I then used my hot glue gun to glue the letters onto twine.
Small hiccup in my project (as always!), I glued the entire word Christmas on backwards…how does that even happen?! I had to rip off each letter and then re-glue.
Stay tuned for my new Christmas wreath and a full tour of our home and all our decorations!!
