Quick Biscuit Chocolate Sandwiches

Easy to make and very quick to put on the table when sweet treat is needed. I always have these biscuits in the kitchen because, you never know… Sometimes I fill them with homemade jam – all sorts…fig jam, apricot jam, plum jam.. nutella or some cream I have made. Today is chocolate ganache’s turn and it came out just fine and tasty – what matters the most!

The ingredients for Chocolate Ganache

Dark chocolate
Heavy Cream

You can make ganache as much as you need using these two ingredients in ratio 1:1, or 1 ounce of chocolate and 1 ounce of heavy cream. Warm up the heavy cream and put the chopped chocolate in it. Stir it while the chocolate is melting and until the ganache gets nice and creamy. Cool it a little bit down and you can use it until it’s loose enough.
