I have been intending to make room in my existing closet, which now seems to have used up every inch of my closet and a little more than half of my daughter's too. In simpler words- " it is overflowing and going out of control".
Recently, I did a major purging and filled up bags with clothes and shoes, for both goodwill and my Poshmark closet. In the process of doing so, I salvaged this chartreuse trench and purple paisley top, that would have otherwise stayed long-lost, had I not spring-cleaned my closet.
I have had both the pieces for almost four years now, I remember buying these in my early postpartum days. In anticipation of losing the baby-weight, I had bought them in my pre-pregnancy sizes, which was then hard to fit in. Ever since, I had been waiting to wear them, but thanks to my ever growing closet, these pieces got pushed back further. But I am glad the reunion happened. They are perfect for this transitional weather.
NOTE - I will now have to wear these pieces more often, just to make up for these four years lost...;)
