Of course, it’s always better to stick to local product most of the time, but occasionally, it’s fun to try out some new things – even for babies! One such fruit that has caught our attention is the fuzzy feeling kiwi fruit!
Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, dietary fiber, antioxidants and potassium. These are reasons enough to introduce kiwi in your baby’s diet, but another reason is that it is really easy to prepare. Just scoop out the flesh and mash!
Today, we’ve got a recipe that’s just as simple, but also includes calcium-rich yogurt, which is perfect for babies over 7 months.
Pureed Kiwi Yogurt for Babies
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Kiwi fruit
- 1 tablespoon homemade curd
Method:
1. Cut the kiwi fruit in the middle . Scoop out the pulp with the help of the spoon. Mash the pulp with a fork.2. Add curd to this and blend well.
3. Serve immediately.
