Walter Fauntroy, punk rock historian and activist Mark Andersen and musicians Chuck Brown and Ian MacKaye, this documentary from filmmakers Joseph Pattisall and Roger Gastman (producer, EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP) tells a fascinating chapter of DC history.
