Nothing prepares you for the devastating news of going bald especially if you've lived all of your life with a head full of hair. Unfortunately, 25% of men go bald before turning 30.

So, if you have started to notice that your thick locks have started giving way to a bald patch, just know that you are not alone. This stuff happens!

That's why when we first read the reviews posted about the Provillus Hair Regrowth Formula by some of its past customers, we naturally became curious. Does this product have the potential to prevent your hair from ending up in the bathroom plughole each morning? Here's our two cents.

What causes hair loss?

It's normal to lose 100 hair strands (or so) per day although you may not even notice it. However, when your hair follicles are destroyed, the process of restoring the fallen hair stops. As such even if you do all it takes to keep your hair healthy, the bald patch would still continue to enlarge.

So, what damages the hair follicles in the first place? Well, the following are the most common reasons for this:

  • Heredity or family history
  • Hormonal imbalance
  • Supplements and medications
  • Stress
  • Certain treatments and hairstyles

Fortunately, most unexplained causes of alopecia (another name for hair loss) can be reversed by reviving weak hair follicles. And that's precisely where supplements like Provillus come in.

What is Provillus?

Provillus is a treatment that claims to reverse thinning hair and hair loss among people suffering from all kinds of baldness.

It comprises a mixture of vitamins and minerals as well as herbal extracts that allegedly fix hair loss problems. It also contains an FDA ratified hair regrowth component known as Minoxidil, which is its active ingredient.

Both men and women can use the treatment (see Provillus for Women).

It comprises of an oral solution as well as a topical lotion. The topical solution for men contains five percent and the one for women contains two percent of Minoxidil.

While the two formulas do not contain the same chemical content, they are meant for just one objective - to stop hair loss and promote the regeneration of new hair strands.

Does Provillus Actually Work?

Well, the answer to the question on whether it works or not is a confident yes. If you use Provillus, there's a huge chance that your hair will grow thicker and stronger. You'll also lose your bald patches over time - but that takes time and some people take longer than others.

On average, it will take you 120 days to start noticing any major results in terms of hair regrowth. That might sound like a long time compared to what folexin offers but you need to understand that this product first works by stopping any further hair loss.

Within a week of using it, you'll probably notice less hair on your comb or sink - that being an indication that your hair roots are becoming stronger.

You will, however, need to use it for several months for the thinned out sections of your hair to spring back to life.

So, you really need to be patient on this journey. Use the product as directed, avoid stress and be positive.

The dosage guidelines for this product are pretty straightforward. Take the pills daily as directed and apply the topical lotion just as recommended.

But there's a catch!

We have already mentioned that you need 120 days of using this product to experience any major changes in your hairline. Now, each bottle of Provillus contains a 30-day supply of the supplement.

It, therefore, goes without saying that for you to complete this journey, you'll need to get at least 4 bottles of it. That kind of sucks!

But there's some good news.
