The Mannar Police have started an investigation regarding the theft of property from a warehouse located in the Mannar Divisional Secretariat (DS).
Items including aluminum bars, four gas cylinders, five water pumps and one chainsaw were stolen from the warehouse of the Divisional Secretariat. The Mannar Police say that the value of the stolen property is Rs. 114,984.
The theft took place between March 17 and March 21. A complaint has been submitted to the Police by the Administrative Officer of the Mannar Divisional Secretariat. Police say that they received a complaint regarding the robbery on Thursday (18)
