Moratuwa Police have commenced an investigation over the death of a painter who had collapsed from the fourth floor of “Red Cross” housing complex in Lunawa, Moratuwa.
The incident happened on Sunday morning. The deceased (21) had been under the influence of liquor at the time of the accident. He had attended a party the previous night and had consumed more liquor after returning home.
