In late August, Princess Music (@princessmusicband) released “White Wave,” a single off of their forthcoming debut album, Odobenidae. The song opens with a simple music box sequence and slowly builds toward full-on orchestral folk awesomeness. Since the single’s release, the Denver quintet has garnered some pretty impressive media attention (and it’s more than well-deserved).
Recently, the band delivered again with a homey-feeling music video for the single. The downright adorable video features fellow Denverites Our Mutual Running Club as well as several big furry dogs. The man behind the camera was Luca Venter, who’s worked with some other favorites of ours including Gardens & Villa, Superhumanoids, Lower Dens, Efterklang, S. Carey, and many others.
