Prepare to Say Goodbye to Windows XP on April 8th, 2014

After a very long run, Microsoft is going to pull the plug on its’ most successful operating system, Windows XP on April 8th, 2014.  After that day, Microsoft will stop supporting the OS for good .

11 years ago, Windows XP managed to turn the entire world of computing upside down with its beautiful user interface. That is ofcourse until Microsoft came up with Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. A lot of people still uses this OS mostly because it works well on old computers. Heck even I’m still using it on my old PC. However, it looks like it’s time for an upgrade.

Windows XP was the best back in the day. But now, it’s one of the most vulnerable  operating systems that hackers can easily exploit. If you’re still using XP, you should probably upgrade to Win 7 for your own good.
