You need basic things to prepare this item
  • Carrot
  • Milk
  • sugar to taste
  • Ghee
  • water
  • cashew nuts

Method: 
First finely grate the carrot. Take a fry pan. Pour a little quantity of ghee. Then add grated carrot and cook it until it gets soft. The flame will be always in low at the time of cooking. Now add Milk and stir it until it gets thicken. Now the time to add sugar and stir the preparation continuously. It must not be overcooked. Cook it until it gets thickened. Now add the Pisces of cashew nuts and cook until it leaves extra ghee. Finally add the nuts and serve the preparation hot. You must prepare the recipe in a pressure cooker. Also can use a rice cooker instead of a pressure cooker and it will take a less time to cook.There is always another option to serve the preparation. Serving hot is not acceptable to all especially who does not like hot food.
