Deputy Minister Meir Porush is upset that Gav HaUma makes jokes at the expense of the Haredi community.

I think Meir Porush does not understand what satire is, and what Gav HaUma is. Gav HaUma is a television show similar in style, sort of, to Saturday Night Live - if one would be able to compare it at all. They basically make fun of everybody and all parts of Israeli society.
The people behind Gav HaUma might be anti-haredi or anti-religion, but they also might not be and it might just be a part of the satire.
The Haredi community would also do well to not give them so much material.
