Pork Quesadilla

Introducing our very own Pork Quesadilla! Looks delicious right? Thrust me, its really delicious. :) We had another week of doing nothing. So we decided to cook a recipe we found in the internet. But we did some changes though, to suit our taste.  You might be wondering why I use "we" instead of just 'I'. Well, I didn't  cook this myself. I had a little help from my cousins. This serves to be our bonding moments. :)
So to start, you'll need flour tortillas, Tomato sauce, green and red tomatoes, cheese, pork, onions, garlic and bell pepper.
First you'll need to make your salsa. Sautee chopped onions and garlic until golden brown. In case you need some useful tip on peeling your garlic, watch this amazing video on how to peel garlic in less than 10 seconds,  And I also got a tip in this same site on how to peel onions without getting teary-eyed. You'll just have to peel your onions on a running water.
Add your pork with salt and pepper into the sauteed onions and garlic. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked.
Add your chopped bell pepper, half of your chopped green and red tomatoes, half of all purpose cream and the tomato sauce. Stir for a couple of minute, then set aside.
Make your cream sauce by mixing the remaining half of the all purpose cream and a spoonful of tomato sauce. Also add a couple spoonful of shredded cheese. Then set aside for later.
Now lets make your pork quesadilla. Pre-heat flour tortillas until little burned spots appear.
Add these ingredients on top of your flour tortillas.
The great thing about this is you can add up how much pork and cheese you want. I love cheese so I put in a lot of it.
Cover it with another pre-heated flour tortilla on top, a little toppings and your done!
