Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla (optional)
- 3 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin cups.
- Combine eggs, oil, milk and vinegar.
- In a separate bowl sift flour, starch and sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turn oven down to 375 F and bake another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
