Today I am making Pomegranate Juice| Anar juice , because this weekend while buying fruits and vegetables , I saw pomegranate and they look so much red and fresh that I could not stop me from buying. Now I have more than 2 kgs of pomegranate at home and I am making lots of juices for my kids.
Apart from juice, eating pomegranate seeds is very healthy. Experts says that, eating fruits is more healthier option than juices as we consume fiber more. Pomegranate is very healthy option for more antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin K.
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp. black salt or salt
1/4 tsp. chaat masala (optional)
water as needed
1.Grind pomegranate seeds in a mixer, adding 1/2 cup of water.
2.Pass the juice through a sieve so that the small hard seeds get removed.
3.Add the lemon juice, sugar, salt and chat masala.
4.Add 1/2 cup of water and refrigerate.
5.Serve fresh pomegranate juice with ice cubes.
