Pomegranate And Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or substitute soy, almond or coconut milk
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- Sugar or honey to taste
- ½ cup ice-cubes (optional)
Method:
- Wash and Peel the apple and dice into pieces.
- Place apple, milk, sugar, ice cubes and pomegranate into a blender.
- Mix ingredients on low until well blended. If needed, stop the blender and stir mixture away from the sides and near the blade
- Serve immediately.
