ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response", but really when We are talking about ASMR We're talking about the gigantic, massively growing genre of videos on YouTube that is supposed to evoke an ASMR response - a low level of euphoria, tingling, etc, triggered by audio.
And look - who among us doesn't like it when Pikachu walks through a carpeted living room and keeps saying "Pika Pika". If anything, Pikachu invented ASMR.
Personally, I now want a Bulbasaur ASMR video.
