WHAT'S IT'S ABOUT
Eclipse, inspired by all things lunar and informed by conversations with Sussex scientists about the mysteries of Dark Matter, has been chosen as one of the winners in the iOTA Shot awards 2013.

In this brief lyric sequence poetry and science meet in the skies above, encountering belief, imagination and the forces we discover within our comprehension of an infinite universe.

WHAT I THOUGHT
I've never read this poet before.

I used to subscribe to iOTA magazine which is published quarterly. They give away free copies from their iOTA Shots series every few issues which is how I got a copy of this poetry sequence.

Eclipse is an enjoyable sequence of poems. I loved the rich language and imagery the poet uses. As the sequence is only 14 pages long I read it in a few minutes. I enjoyed the poems so much I could quite happily have read a full length collection by the poet.

I'd like to read more from the poet. The iOTA shots series sounds like something I could indulge in since I love poetry so much. I'd highly recommend this little sequence.
