I love Etsy. It is as much of an addiction as Pinterest. So today I have to share the love of a new shop I have discovered, Monorail, a printmaking studio based in Austin, Texas. I was on Etsy looking for a gift for my husband, came across this print for his man cave… bought it, and had to have the tank pictured below for myself…. I have my eye on this one as well.
Since I was an Art Major in college, and I took printmaking, I understand first hand how much work goes into even the smallest, most basic design. And these two girls do all of their prints by hand!!! Did you hear me? It is 2012 and they are doing prints by hand. True artists right there, who have a love for their craft. Enjoy my new discovery, I know I will!
