On Saturday 5 May 2012 the Welsh Historic Gardens Trust will be holding its annual Plant Fair at Crûg Farm Plants on the edge of Snowdonia. Funds raised will be used to protect historic gardens in danger of being inappropriately developed. The Fair will feature over 20 specialist nurseries from Wales and the Borders, including Chelsea Gold medallists Hall Farm Nursery, and garden related crafts. Crûg itself won a Gold at RHS Chelsea Flower Show last year as well as the prestigious President’s Award. The gardens of Crûg Farm will be open to visitors. Refreshments will be served throughout the day. The entry fee is £3 including parking.
