On Friday, in a meeting with officials at his official residence on Kalidas Marg, Lucknow, the Chief Minister said that every needy should be provided food on time. For this, seek help of voluntary organizations also. In coordination with the District Collectors of the concerned districts, nutritious food of Anganwadi should also be sent door to door.
The Chief Minister said that we have to prepare at two levels. Develop a strategy in view of the current situation and future. Run community kitchens in every district.
In this, including voluntary organizations and other people who want to help, take help from them. Build a collection center so that everyone does not get to distribute food. Collect food there and go for distribution.
In view of future preparations, prepare volunteers from the NSS, NCC, Scouts and Youth Mangal Dal. Train them to prevent corona virus infection and what to do during the infection. Apart from the supply of food and essential goods, these infections will also be useful for us as we grow.
Prepare doctors list for treatment
The Chief Minister said that during the transition to Corona, anesthesia, Physician, children and women doctors are most needed. Make a list of how many doctors in the private sector have related expertise. Train them so that they can be taken help from them when needed.
Their paramedical staff and doctors of AYUSH department and their staff will also need similar training. If necessary, make a list of how many beds and ventilators can be available in private hospitals.
One thousand crore corona care fund will be created
The government will create a corona care fund of one thousand crore rupees. With this fund, facilities for testing labs will be provided and treatment equipment such as ventilators, masks, sanitizers, PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) etc. will be provided.
Not only will the government provide help in this fund, among others, help will also be taken from the corporate houses under Corporate Social Responsibility. Efforts will be made to check facilities in every division and all 24 government medical colleges.
Make Khadi masks with the help of Self Help Group
Department of Micro, Small and Medium Industries should ensure that the production of essential commodities is produced in the state itself. With this they will be cheap and their availability will also increase. Prepare a mask with Khadi cloth that can be reused.
For this, take help of women’s self help group. By doing this, Khadi will also be promoted, women will get employment at local level and people will be able to make it a part of their habit when the mask is cheaper.
Be strict with non-cooperation
Give a strong message to those who violate social distancing in the lockdown. An incident like Indore should not happen anywhere in Uttar Pradesh. File such people under the Disaster Act. Those who disagree with the government keep a small number of them under strict supervision.
Take strict action against all those who have spread chaos in Ghaziabad hospital. If someone runs away from the quarantine, then make the administration responsible for it. Such centers should replace large buildings with primary schools. List the people who are doing better in compliance with the lockdown.
The government will honor such people if the situation becomes normal. Strictly curb black marketing and hoarding. If the essential goods are available at a higher price from the wholesale market, then take action against them.
