Wearing:// Jacket: Burberry Brit, Jeans: 7 for All Mankind, Shoes: Docs, Bag: Balenciaga "Classic City" (UO Mini Tote Bag), Beanie: Urban Outfitters On what I'd describe as a frigid winter day, my mom and I took a little stroll around Paris and stumbled upon the Place des Vosges, which is an adorable square in the Marais district. When taking our walk around, I felt like I was near eternal frost bite, which you can tell from my dry and lifeless face, haha. Besides the obvious weather conditions hindering the experience, the square was still bustling with people admiring the mid-winter landscape. I kept warm first and foremost with my cozy winter jacket that keeps me toasty without looking like a giant snowman. While it may annoyingly shed a lot, keeping my enormous Zara scarf wrapped around my head also helped to combat the unbearable cold. And we can't forget my stylin' beanie! Can't get enough of 'em.
I hope you guys like my attempt at looking cute in the coldness. I can't believe it's already February! I've been trying to space out my posts as best I can, a) because I'm swamped with school and b) because my mom-ographer is not here anymore. :( It's hard to rely on friends for blog shooting, because it's either annoyingly raining or we're both busy with school work. If you haven't seen me mention this already, I will be going back to Paris this coming Saturday for a few days with school, and then I'm off to Strasbourg, Munich, and Berlin with a couple of friends! I'm going to take tons of pictures and maybe a video diary? Still on the fence about the video, but pictures are a definite. Check out this space for those posts coming soon! xoxo Isabelle Also, GrooveShark is being very annoying and not working, so here is a link to the actual playlist if the usual widget is also not showing up for you!
