Pisa, Italy (Reminigram)

I hadn't worked on a reminigram in months! A nice break from the regular processing work.

I'm very happy about the way this one looks...

Have you ever been to Pisa? If so, what do you think of the leaning tower?

By the way, many people have asked me what a reminigram is. So, here is the answer below.

The word "reminigram" is a combination of two ideas: reminiscence, which stands for a memory or the act of recovering it; and -gram, a suffix of Greek origin meaning "something written" or "drawing".

Each reminigram depicts a scene from a past that could have been.

I am in love with daguerreotypes. However, since digital processing will never really give the same results as good old-fashioned photography, I had to come up with a different name.

Et voilà!
