There is no Paris Fashion Week without elegance.
The designers of PFW brought to us what we all call and what we all expect to see "the Parisian style". It has class, imagination, hard work and a lot of creativity.
What I noticed the most from this fashion week in Paris was the volumes and the fabrics used. There were a lot of un-wearable (my opinion) pieces like maxi dresses, but they were absolutely fantastic and from what I read from the reviews everyone liked them. So who knows maybe one day we will forget tight dresses or pants...
1. Elie Saab
As an Elie Saab addict there is no doubt that i love this collection. It is just amazing starting from the tight dresses to the long gowns. I admire the designer for creating amazing pieces which are wearable and make you look a woman with class. That's what we all want and Elie Saab knows how to bring that to us. If other designers tell you to wear different colors, Elie Saab tells the opposite. Wear one color and you will always look adorable.
2. Saint Laurent ParisHedi Slimane proved he is the perfect designer to continue the work of Stefano Pilati. His first collection as the head designer of Saint Laurent Paris is a total success. There is class and elegance in his collection starting from the skinny pants, short jackets to maxi and chiffon dresses. Anything to hate?
Absolutely not!
We are not talking about ugly creations...instead they are amazing. We saw Marc Jacobs Spring 2013 and Marc by Marc Jacobs Spring 2013 and we loved it. Now we love the Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 collection who is inspired from the 60s. The designer was focused in creating graphic minidresses and two-piece skirt suits. Even the shoes and the bags have the same details as the clothes.
