Pepper’s Refreshing Spring Rum & Apple Milk Recipe!

By Pepper Bento

Ello, ello, ello!

The weather is getting hot hot hot and I thought I’d create myself a refreshing cold drink to cool myself down.

I wanted something fruity and cold so I decided to start with a base of apples and ice cubes.

From there it was one big experiment and it turned out really tasty!

I added in some evaporated milk and a little sugar to make it extra yummy and the hubby thought a bit of white rum would be nice in there too!

I’m not a big drinker so you never know, this could already by a cocktail of some kind, I have no idea, though it would be a weird coincidence!

The rum added just a tiny taste of alcohol but makes this drink a little warm and fruity!
It’s not enough to get you drunk but enough for the flavor to come through!

To make it you will need a good blender, one that can handle ice well and preferably has an ice crushing mode, apart from that you’ll just need a knife for the apples, a can opener and someone in need of refreshment!
