Pepper Idly

Pepper Idly is a yummy tiffin specially liked by kids. Earlier it was the Chilly Idly at hotels. Now the Pepper Idly is getting fame. Loved it to the core and no more hassles in finishing the left over idlies. Ingredients: Idly- 7 Pepper- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp Onion- 2  Garlic-20 Green Chilly- 5 Curry Leaves few Oil- 3 tbsp Method: Heat oil in a wok and add curry leaves.
Add finely chopped green chillies and garlic and fry well till a nice aroma arises.
When it turns crisp add onions that should be finely chopped.
When onion is well fried add salt, soy sauce and make a nice sauce.
Chop idles and add it to the sauce.
Add pepper and toss well.
Serve hot.
