PCB Unveils PSL Logo

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has finally unveiled official logo Pakistan Super League T20 series. Glamorous T20 series is expected to entertain the cricket loving Pakistanis who are deprived of international cricket in their grounds due to law and order condition. Pakistan Super league (PSL) is also expected to pave the way for return of International cricket to Pakistan.

An ostentatious ceremony attended by board officials, players and cricket greats was help in Lahore to launch PSL logo League will start from March 23 and will consist of five teams. Each PSL team can have five local and six international players. Every team will face one opponent twice.

PCB Chairman Zaka Ashraf hoped that successful conduct of Pakistan Super League will go would go a long way in developing cricket in Pakistan. Landmark PSL event will provide local players a unique opportunity to interact with international players.

In another landmark decision PCB has appointed former chief of the International Cricket Council (ICC) Haroon Lorgat as an advisor of the league. This will help pursue international cricketers to play in Pakistan.

“Today is a very important day for Pakistan cricket,” said Lorgat, who attended the colorful launching ceremony.

 “PSL will help revive international cricket in Pakistan,” Lorgat said.
