Hey everyone, have you figured out all of the updates and changes on our new site yet? We hope so! We’ve tried to make everything as easy as possible for you! We apologize for any problems or hiccups you may have experienced so far, please just be patient with us. We’re doing our best to get everything ironed out as soon as possible! One difference between the old site and the new is the way we have your check out credit card payment set up. We understand that many customers were confused by the way we had it set up on our old site. I’m here to explain how it works on the new site!
- Make sure you are logged into your account. When you are ready to checkout, make sure to hit the green Checkout button in the top right corner next to the shopping bag.
- That will take you to our Shipping and Handling page. Please make sure to fill out everything that is required! Every required line is marked by an asterisk. (*)
- There is a little option at the bottom of the Shipping and Handling page that says “Use this address for billing.” That box is automatically checked on our site. If you need to be billed at a separate address from the one your order is shipped to, please just unclick the box.
- When you are finished filling out all of the Shipping and Handling information, click the orange CONTINUE TO PAYMENT button.
- That will take you to our Payment Method page. If you unclicked the box for your bill to be sent to your shipping address, please fill out your billing address on this page. Make sure to fill out all asterisked lines! If you did not unclick that box and you billing address is the same as your shipping, all of your information will still be on this page.
- If you are making your payment by credit card, we understand that this is where some of our customers were confused on the old site. On the new site, there is a gray credit card directly above the billing address information that says Your Bank. There is a lighter gray box right on that card that says “Type card number.” Please just click on that box and then type your credit card number into it.
- After you have filled all of your information out on out Payment Method page, click the orange box at the bottom of the page that says CONTINUE TO PLACE ORDER. Now that your order is placed, you will get an order number. You will also receive an order confirmation via the email address you have provided.
We are sure this credit card payment plan will be a lot less confusing than the one on the old site! We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you!
