Paul McCartney To Be On ‘The Colbert Report’

Looks like Paul McCartney will be joining in on a special musical edition of the hit Comedy Central show ‘The Colbert Report’.  The special will be airing on Wednesday, June 12th on Comedy Central at 11:30 ET/PT.

This will be the show’s second one-hour music special and will be having the famous Beatle in on it.  The show will have a interview with Paul along with a musical performance from him as well.  Colbert had this to say about the show:

“I think this McCartney kid’s got something special and I’m gonna put him on the map!”

This isn’t Paul’s first time on the show.  He was on the show back in 2009 in a segment called “Better Know a Beatle”.
